All goods are offered subject to availability. They remain the property of Theatre of Wine Ltd until full payment has been received.

We make every effort to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to change price and availability information without notice.

Tasting events:

In the event of cancellation of a tasting event on our part, we shall offer a full refund.

In the event that you are unable to attend a tasting event, we need immediate notification. A full refund will be given if we are notified at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds can only be given after this time if we are able to re-sell your place.

General information:

Theatre of Wine is a UK company and any dispute or claims that arise from using this website must be made and settled under UK law. Both the company and the customer shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

We are happy to refund, credit or replace goods that fail to meet your expectation. See our returns policy for further information.

Cancelling or amending your order:

You are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods. A full refund, excluding return postage and packaging, will be given upon receipt of a written cancellation request. All goods should be returned to us in good condition. Refunds will be processed with 30 days.

As long as your order has not been processed, you can amend part or all of it.

Incorrect goods in your delivery:

Please notify us within seven working days of delivery, should we inadvertently deliver incorrect goods.

In the event of incorrect goods having been delivered, we offer a refund or replacement on return (at our expense) of the goods in question.

Damaged goods:

We provide a replacement or full refund for goods damaged in delivery. Please notify us by telephone, fax, e-mail or post within three working days of delivery.

Faulty goods:

We provide a replacement or credit for corked or faulty goods on return (at our expense) of the goods in question. Please notify us by telephone, fax, e-mail or post within three working days of delivery.

All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Switch, Solo and Electron. All transactions are debited in UK pounds sterling.

Prices listed on the website are in UK pounds sterling and are per bottle unless otherwise stated (e.g. wine case offers).

All prices include VAT at 17.5%.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
